The Project “Participation” is part of the participatory work in the “BBZ”. It
aims in particular at intergenerational integration and
Participation of refugees at the learning level.
Project goals: 

  • Older people aged 60 and over – including those from apprenticeships but
    also with other professional experience who have fled to Germany or
    to give people who have migrated the chance to find employment appropriate to their skills.
  • To support young refugees and migrants of the 2nd and 3rd generation with school and training skills through tutoring in their native languages.
  • On the level of learning and creating dialogues in
    The project aims to connect both target groups by creating shelters. The aim is
    through group experiences and the experience of self-efficacy
    to empower the participants.
